Bridge House is a dynamic new residential home providing individualised and specialist care to children and young people with learning and physical disabilities. The home provides a safe secure environment with a child centred approach to care provision.
Bridge House is very local to schools for children with special needs. Staff will liase with the schools as appropriate and attend school reviews. Travel arrangements will be considered and set up as part of the care plan. Education is viewed as an important part of a child/young person’s development and the staff will encourage children to develop their skills and assist with any out of schoolwork required. We want the children in the home to be seen as children first so that each child / young person can;

lives as possible by the provision of services within the home
